Latest version of OVD, is it 12c?
Oracle has not released Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 12c as a part of latest Fusion Middleware 12c release.
The latest OVD version is FMW 11gR1 11.1.1.9.0.
Oracle seems to be recommending OUD 12c for all the virtualization related functionalities in future, see latest Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 12c documentation, e.g.:
